Project Description
World Sailing | Live Video Social Media Clipping
In April 2018 we provided freelance live video clipping and social sharing for the world governing body for the sport of sailing, World Sailing. During the final Medal Race weekend of Sailing’s World Cup Series in Hyères, France, we teamed up with World Sailing to share notable moments from their live coverage in real-time across their social media accounts.
The live broadcast was being shown on their Facebook page and YouTube channel to an audience of over 50,000 people. We utilised market-leading Live Clipping platform, Grabyo to instantly clip out highlights and tense moments to then share onto the World Sailing Twitter page to attract even more spectators to the live action.
We were highly successful in our efforts and we able to achieve an outstanding engagement rate as well as a large amount of click throughs.
